We Start & End
With Safety
A zero injury culture
What safety means to us
At GrayWolf, safety is about a shared set of attitudes, beliefs, and practices demonstrated by workers at all levels of the company, every project and every day. Our safety plans are considered from day one before an estimate goes out the door. Our training programs, task planning and safety inspections ensure that safety is a constant and prominent aspect of each project. Prior to mobilization, site specific safety plans are developed by the management and safety team. It goes beyond just following safety procedures and rules, it is about protecting our most valuable asset, our people.

TRAINING PROGRAMS
TRAINING PROGRAMS
A training program is developed and implemented for each project to include site specific orientation and task training based on the needs of the site.
TASK PLANNING
TASK PLANNING
Task planning is conducted by every crew, every day in their JSA meeting. If the task or conditions change, the crew revisits the plan to address any new hazards.
SAFETY INSPECTIONS
SAFETY INSPECTIONS
Safety inspections are completed daily by supervisors, safety professionals and select employees through our behavioral based SMS. Indentifying and correcting at risk behaviors and jobsite hazards allows our teams to be proactive and prevent injuries.
“Our management team is responsible for providing the leadership, resources and support necessary to maintain a safe and healthful work environment. Employees are responsible for working in a manner that will not endanger themselves or their co-workers. Safety excellence and an injury-free working environment are the goals for every project. The same commitment is expected from our employees, subcontractors and vendor.”
