BANKER STEEL

Banker Steel is a full-service steel contractor and industry leader that serves the entire east coast construction market. Established in 1997, Banker has focused on using simple relationships to complete complex projects. This fundamental mission has forged Banker Steel into an award winning, AISC-certified steel fabricator and design-assist contractor. Headquartered in Virginia, the operations have expanded to two fabrication facilities in Lynchburg, VA, one in Orlando, FL, and one in South Plainfield, NJ, with a portfolio that includes New York based projects such as 270 Park Avenue, One Vanderbilt, World Trade Center Tower One Foundation, Waldorf Astoria Renovation and Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium among other impressive projects.

GRAYWOLF

Founded in 1978 as Horn Industrial Services, this company has evolved and grown through great vision, a team of committed people and acquisitions to achieve what it has become today. Acquired by DBM Global in 2018, GrayWolf was an essential component to achieving the mission of shifting the way construction is done. Today, GrayWolf has been formed through merging Inco Services, Titan Contracting, Titan Fabricators, Schuff Steel Management Company and the operations of Schuff Steel Texas and Georgia. It is a premier specialty construction, maintenance and fabrication provider serving both industrial and commercial markets.

MILCO NATIONAL

Milco National Constructors has extensive nation-wide experience in power, refining, chemical, renewables, water treatment and other industries. Milco National Constructors specializes in refinery turnaround and maintenance, field erected tank construction, piping installation and modification, general balance of plant construction, solar field construction and power plant maintenance. Drawing on more than 40 years of union construction experience, it has a diverse portfolio of completed projects that continually demonstrates a commitment to delivering quality products, safely, within budget and on time, regardless of the complexity.

Recognizing that building trends are fraught with challenges that cause inefficiencies and redundancies, Schuff has invested in both people and technology to ensure optimal project delivery. By approaching each project with a “builder” mindset, we plan the project with the construction of the building in mind and work backwards through erection, fabrication and project management to help inform the most constructible, optimized design.
