Project model sharing was used during the preconstruction phase to set and maintain the project GMP budget. This collaboration allowed the project teams to reduce member sizes and material costs while facilitating real-time pricing updates throughout this phase of the project.

The project Revit model was used in conjunction with our detailing model for clash detection and constructability review with the on-site project team. This reduced the number of project RFI’s and allowed us to begin releasing steel packages to fabrication ahead of schedule.
