The Baylor Scott & White Pflugerville campus included construction of a new 83,000 square foot, 2-story Medical Office Building (MOB) and a 36,500 square foot hospital expansion. The hospital expansion added new rooms, stairwells, laboratories, a nuclear medicine room buildout from existing shell space, and an expanded bed tower. The expansion required tying new anchor bolts into existing concrete columns, all while the hospital remained fully operational throughout construction. Graywolf maintained the project schedule through all weather conditions.

The MOB was a 93‑ton new-build structure featuring a unique mechanical screen wall system. The screen wall was attached directly to the columns, rather than the structure, using embeds and anchor bolts. Installation was completed using a spyder crane.
