    Referral Guidelines

    For our referral program to be truly successful, you must have prior working experience or a strong personal relationship with the referred candidate to accurately assess this person’s abilities and character as a good fit for GrayWolf. An employee referral form must be submitted by the employee, prior to or with an application from the candidate, to be eligible for the referral incentive.

    GOOD TO KNOW

    • Only one referral bonus is paid per candidate
    • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make

    BONUS STRUCTURE

    • Bonuses are paid if the referred candidate is hired within 6 months from the referral date
    • At the time of payout, both the referring and referred employees must be active and in good standing with GrayWolf
    • Payment of the referral bonus will be paid at the 90 day and 120 day marks of successful employment in two equal installments
    • Directors and above are eligible to participate in the top two tiers of the referral incentive
    • Payment is subject to tax and other withholdings, as legally required

    INELIGIBLE REFERRALS

    • Employees referring individuals for rehire
    • Employees:
      • Whose regular job includes the recruitment of employees
      • Who are members of the Talent Acquisition team
      • Who are the selecting manager/supervisor or other persons associated with the selection of the candidate

    GrayWolf may modify its employee referral program over time to add more exciting incentives. We also reserve the right to eliminate certain awards if they prove ineffective or inefficient. We’ll communicate any modifications clearly and timely. Employees who referred candidates before an award was eliminated will still receive the appropriate award.
