The new woodyard upgrade project was a complete rebuild for the woodyard facility as part of a mill expansion. GrayWolf's scope of work included installation of bulk handling equipment.

Our team worked with the client and owner to construct the specific scope in coordination with the excavation and concrete subcontractors including creating and implementing detail planning that kept us ahead of the project timeline.

Severe weather became an obstacle for the project that required revising and implementing new critical path schedules. Our team continued to push this project to an on-schedule completion with excellent safety, quality, and productivity.
