GrayWolf was brought on board in November to establish a GMP and basis of design. We were able to do a full schematic design from a few architectural floor plans and establish a GMP from that design.

This was an extremely fast-tracked project. We had 8 weeks to work with the architect and EOR to finalize the design so we could order steel and begin fabrication. We started erection 4 weeks later. By working with the design team throughout the design process, we were able to share 3D models and develop our shop drawings while we were still finishing the design. From the first conceptual design in early November, we were able to start erection 12 weeks later in early February and turned back money to the owner.
