With approximately 570,000 square feet of space, this structure provides a mission-critical, high performance computing center to Fort Meade. To manage the fast-track schedule, a design build approach was utilized to closely coordinate between the design and construction team to determine innovative ways to accelerate construction while also meeting the client’s expectations.
