The Royals / Rangers Spring Training Facility project is an expansion to the existing spring training complex. It includes two separate clubhouses with added 30,000 square feet of new structure, 40,000 square feet of remodeled structure and 6,800 square feet of added radius steel canopies.

The project involved tying new structural steel into the existing structure that all had to be field verified prior to detailing. We worked within a very limited schedule due to a hard finish date required for the opening time of spring training.
