The WinCo Distribution project is a 862,711-square-foot cold storage warehouse and distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona. The construction of this new warehouse improves the company’s ability to serve its stores in Arizona, Southern California and Southern Nevada.
The project involved a large amount of joist work with multiple erectors working together at one time. We successfully operated on a fast paced schedule with ground breaking in May 2013 and completion within just 12 months.
