GrayWolf was contracted by Veolia for an overall plant expansion of $300 million for Phase II of the Shintech Facility. Our scope of work included foundation installation, field erection of the salt crystallizers, structural steel erection and balance of plant mechanical.

Our team worked with the client and owners to construct the specific contract scope in coordination with 7-8 major companies and multiple subcontractor/supply companies to ensure a safe and productive project. We planned and implemented logistical, material handling, staging of materials with detail scope/task planning to keep forward of the critical project schedule.

We achieved 300,000 craft man-hours during the scope of work with zero recordable or lost time incidents.
