The Global Ambassador is a 5-story luxury hotel with 141 rooms and five unique dining venues, in addition to a member’s club and a wellness center. It also includes 58,000 square foot rooftop amenities that take advantage of the sweeping views of Camelback Mountain.

Some unique highlights of this project included a large porte-cochere entry way, multi-sloped/pitched roof, tube steel columns with moment connection beams, ground-level restaurant tying into the hotel, large movable partition walls attached to steel, sloped screen wall at ground-level restaurant roof, and rooftop restaurant/bar features. The site had minimal laydown area with other projects on the site being constructed concurrently. It was imperative to facilitate close coordination with the general contractor and key subcontractors to allow for seamless steel to concrete connection.
