At Aqua Fria High School # 6 in Goodyear Arizona, our team successfully completed a fast track multi erection crew structural steel project comprised of five separate buildings with canopies. Altogether, the project consisted of 355 tons of structural steel and 120 tons of steel joist covering 225,000 ft². Due to the fast-track project schedule requirements and tight job site constraints, we implemented expedited coordination and procurement schedule to support multiple concurrent erection crews. To facilitate tight multi trade coordination windows, we implemented Quick Frames over traditional structural frames to accommodate compressed procurement needs and site-specific conditions. Through close coordination, strategic material staging and on-going schedule updates, we successfully supported the fast-track project schedule, showcasing Graywolf’s commitment to performance, innovation and client partnership on a highly demanding project.
