In the preconstruction phase of the project, we collaborated closely with the contractor to define a comprehensive scope of work. This included the provision and installation of galvanized steel framing essential for supporting various MEP trades. Each trade had specific steel component requirements, and with our guidance, we streamlined the scope to minimize overlaps and fill any gaps.
Opting for a modular strategy, we supplied pre-assembled units for pipe racks and cable trays. Achieving this required extensive coordination with other trades to determine the most efficient assembly sizes and configurations. This meticulous planning significantly facilitated the field installation process, resulting in reduced on-site time and enhanced safety for the project.
