ASU Mirabella is a 20 story senior living facility including concrete structure with structural steel auditorium and screen wall structures at roof levels.

Our scope of work also included steel access stairs, elevator support steel and tube steel supports throughout structure. The site was on the corner of two major streets in busy downtown Tempe, Arizona. It required tight coordination of delivery of material and sequencing of erection.
